The textures and mark making in this artwork make me think of muscles, tendons, pulleys and cables – the anatomy of the mountain. Drawn on my iPad, this artwork’s layers were then separated and printed as a 7 colour screen print at Black River Studio. As the paper contracts and expands between colour layers during the printmaking process, every print is slightly different.
